How we print
The method matters more than the machine
Choosing the wrong process is how custom orders end up cracked, faded or off colour. Here is what we use, and when each one is the right answer.
Screen printing
The workhorse for large runs of apparel in flat colour. Cost per piece drops sharply with quantity and the ink sits into the fabric rather than on top of it.
DTF printing
Photographic and multi colour artwork on apparel with no meaningful minimum. The right pick for class hoodies with a long name list on the back.
Sublimation
Dye becomes part of polyester fibre, so full coverage jerseys keep their colour through a season of washing with nothing to peel.
UV printing
Cured instantly onto hard surfaces. Bottles, pens, acrylic awards and card. Full colour on materials that would reject normal ink.
Embroidery
Stitched thread on caps, polos and jackets. The most durable branding we offer and the one that reads as considered rather than printed.
Laser engraving
Material removed rather than added, on wood, metal and acrylic. Permanent by definition, which is why gavels and awards go this route.
Foil stamping
Metallic foil pressed under heat into paper and leather. Yearbook covers, journals and certificates.
Embossing and debossing
Artwork raised or pressed into the surface with no ink at all. Quiet branding for corporate journals and boxes.

Brief and quote
Product, quantity, branding method and deadline. You get a written price with the options laid out so you can see where to adjust.
Artwork and proof
Send a file or a rough sketch. We prepare print ready artwork and send a digital proof. Nothing runs until you approve it.
Production
Between three and seven working days for most jobs. Urgent event and conference work is scheduled against your build date.
Packing and delivery
Bagged per name, per committee or per employee where you need it, then delivered anywhere in the UAE.
