What to expect
Conference secretariats work to a fixed date and a fixed budget, so this collection is built around both. We produce the full delegate kit under one job number, which means one artwork approval, one production run and one delivery to the venue instead of six suppliers chasing you the week before opening ceremony. Committee counts change late and we plan for that. Tell us the expected delegate number and we will quote in bands so you can confirm the final quantity once registration closes.
